The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. Snoopal does not pre-screen Content, but reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or remove any Content available via the Service.

You shall defend Snoopal against any third-party claim, demand, suit, or proceeding alleging that Your Content or Your use of the Service violates applicable law or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party. You agree to indemnify Snoopal for any damages finally awarded and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in connection with such claims. Snoopal will promptly notify you of any such claims, provide you with sole control of the defense (subject to certain conditions), and offer reasonable assistance at your expense.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Support for Snoopal services is only available in English, and it can be accessed via our Discord Server. Any further questions should be directed through a private support ticket on our Discord server.

You understand that Snoopal uses third-party vendors and hosting partners for the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service, nor modify another website to falsely imply an association with the Service, Snoopal, or any other Snoopal service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from Snoopal.

Snoopal may, but has no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that it determines in its sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any Snoopal customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve unencrypted transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements.

You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages. You must also refrain from transmitting any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Snoopal does not warrant that the service will meet specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The terms herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and conditions. Snoopal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snoopal, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, against all claims and suits by third parties, arising from or related to Your use of Snoopal's products and services.

If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected. The parties agree to mandatory and binding arbitration in case of disputes, with the prevailing party entitled to an award of costs and fees.

The parties agree that any claims among them shall be adjudicated on an individual basis, waiving the right to participate in class, collective, or other joint actions.

Snoopal strictly prohibits any attempts to exploit, cheat, or hack the platform. This includes but is not limited to manipulating the platform's features, algorithms, or any other aspect for personal gain.

Exploitation undermines the fairness and integrity of the Snoopal community. Users engaging in such activities will face severe consequences, including account suspension or termination.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Snoopal. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Violating any laws in your jurisdiction or on the Snoopal platform may lead to legal consequences and actions taken by Snoopal, such as account suspension or termination.
